All our mixers are equipped with hydraulic nip/gap adjustment of the mobile roll
The rolls of our mixers all rotate on bearings, keyed into special bushes, designed to withstand high workloads.
Structure: steel casting (controlled and tested with ultrasonic equipment)
Base: one-piece steel structure
Rolls: Cast iron casting in shell mold with hardening depth 15/20mm - Hardness 53-54 HRC
Lubrication: automatic with flow monitoring
Motors: high efficiency and performance
Reducer: Three-stage type with helical gears, designed with heavy-duty service factor
Safety: all the safety required by law with additional measures for the protection and safety of the operator and the machinery
